Return And Refund Policy

At FRAUS we are pride on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your delicious purchases. If you are unhappy with the product you have bought from our website, we will gladly exchange it for something else or give you a refund. Orders may only be returned via post.

Please keep in mind that this is subject to inspection, all products must have their original, unused condition with original seal and within 14 days of delivery date for National and International orders.

Unless defective or damaged, or as otherwise required by law, FRAUS Goods may not be returned for an exchange or refund, also for hygienic reasons we cannot provide you an exchange or refund on opened or unliked products.

If you believe your product exhibits a genuine manufacturing fault or has been described incorrectly online, please return your item for inspection to FRAUS via post to our returns address 4/6-8 Leo St, Fawkner, VIC 3060.

Please note: we cannot accept returns via post for items which may have been purchased in our retail store. We only accept return via the Post by products purchased on our online store at fraus.com.au.

EXCHANGE POLICY

When our online returns team receives your returned products, they will refund any returned products back to your original account and will recreate a new order containing the changed products. We will inform you of your new order number via email once your exchange has been processed.

Any discount or special discounts received will be carried over in all exchanges.

RETURNS PROCESS

Purchases made via PayPal may be refunded to Paypal only.

For any Australian and International purchases, simply complete the return form within 2 weeks of order delivery. Please send it back again to our postal address combined with the products you intend to return.

Ensure your return parcel is safely packed and both sender’s address and Fraus online address are displayed externally of the parcel. We recommend mailing your return by registered post as FRAUS will never be responsible for any returned parcel lost in transit.

Customers are in charge of all return postage charges for any exchanges or return. If you’re exchanging a faulty, broken, ruined or incorrectly detailed item, at the end of inspection FRAUS will refund postage costs after a demonstration.

Allow 7 business days from the day your parcel is sent to our address for your purchase to be refubded. Once your return has been finalized you’ll be notified via  e-mail address provided during checkout.

CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it’s been placed.

Amendments can include but aren’t limited by:

Change of delivery address
Change to different size weight
Adding or skipping products
Applying special discounts or promotions sale
Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and accurate during order placement.
